Terms & licenses.

NyzaStore is operated by Nyza Creations LLC. These terms cover products sold directly through NyzaStore. The product page and included license identify the files, supported formats, version and permitted uses. Contact support@nyzastore.com if anything is unclear before buying.

Your account and purchases

Use an email address you control. Keep your password and sign-in links private. Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise; applicable taxes and the final total appear at checkout. Payment confirmation grants the access described for the product. A payment-return page alone does not grant a license.

One-time licenses

A one-time purchase licenses the purchased version to you or the organization named on your purchase. A personal license permits your personal, noncommercial use. A commercial license also permits use in your own or your client’s finished projects. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying product. Updates and support periods are included only when explicitly stated on the product page.

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share or offer the source files as a competing download or asset library. Collaborators may receive only the files needed to work on your licensed finished project and may not reuse them independently. Any third-party components retain their separately stated licenses.

Membership

Membership renews automatically at the price and interval accepted at checkout until canceled. Manage it through your library. Cancellation stops future renewal and preserves access through the paid period. Only products explicitly listed as included are covered; membership does not include every Nyza app, game or course.

Member project licenses

For included downloadable creative assets, register a named project while your membership is paid and active. One project license covers that specific end product. The finished project may continue to use those assets after cancellation. A different project requires another license during active membership or a separate one-time purchase. Keeping a downloaded file is not a license for unlimited future projects.

Hosted member tools stop at the end of paid access. Independently billed apps retain their own access rules. A refund, charge reversal or unresolved dispute may suspend or revoke access and associated licenses for that payment.

Product responsibilities

Check the published compatibility and setup instructions. Keep backups before using tools that change your own files. Do not use products to violate another person’s rights or applicable law. AI-assisted outputs may require your own factual, rights and suitability checks for your intended use.

External products and media

Linked products, app stores and retail deals have their own sellers, terms and payment systems. Sikho marketplace authors are credited on Sikho. Free access to a video or song does not grant reuse or distribution rights. Affiliate links in the separate deals area may earn us a commission.

Changes and support

We may update products and these terms prospectively. Your purchased version and the license recorded at purchase remain the basis for that purchase. Rights required by applicable consumer law are unaffected. See the refund policy for purchase remedies and contact support@nyzastore.com for assistance.
