Who we are

NyzaStore ("we", "our") is operated by Nyza Creations LLC. We are a curated affiliate marketplace — we do not sell products directly. When you click an outbound link, you are taken to the retailer (Amazon and other partners) to complete your purchase under their own terms and privacy practices.

What we collect

We try to collect as little as possible. The data points we touch:

  • Email address — only if you voluntarily subscribe to our newsletter. Stored to send you weekly deal round-ups. Unsubscribing removes it.
  • Click metadata — when you click through to an affiliate partner we log the product, the partner network, the click timestamp, and a hashed version of your IP/user-agent. We do not store the raw IP or build a profile linked to you personally.
  • Aggregate analytics — anonymous page views and referrer counts so we can see which deals are popular. No personally identifiable information.

What we don't collect

We do not ask for, or store, payment information, addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, or any other sensitive personal data. All purchases happen on the retailer's site.

Affiliate partners

NyzaStore participates in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program (tag nyzastore-20) and similar affiliate programs from other retailers. When you click through and make a qualifying purchase, the retailer shares a commission with us. This does not change the price you pay.

Once you leave NyzaStore, the retailer's own privacy policy applies. We do not control what they collect or how they use it.

Cookies

We use a small number of first-party cookies to remember your region preference and dashboard session (if you have a NyzaStore account). We do not run third-party advertising cookies. Affiliate partners may set their own cookies after you click through — those are governed by their policies.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to delete it, or unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. Email support@nyzastore.com and we'll action it within 30 days.

Changes

When we update this policy we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes to how we handle your data will be announced via the newsletter (if you're subscribed) so you have a chance to opt out.
